Once you accept your roster spot for a fall or summer team, your fees are NON-REFUNDABLE at any point in time. After you register, we promise to hold your roster spot; once you withdraw there is no guarantee that we can fill the spot. We have optional insurance at checkout that we encourage all families to purchase to cover the fees in case of injury, moving, or other hardships.
Summer Camps / Clinics:
You must request a refund in writing 2 full weeks (14 days) before the start of class, clinic, or camp. You will receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee; otherwise, the cost is non-refundable.
Personal Training or Speed Classes:
Clients must cancel a personal training session or speed and agility training at least 12 hours notice. If you do not cancel within the 12-hour time period of the start time of the session, you will be charged for that class/session.
Returned checks are subject to a $15.00 fee.
There will also be a $35.00 fee for lost or misplaced Team Coastal checks that we must re-issue.
