The Mingo Girls Lacrosse League is an eight-week fundamental-level program for girls who are newer to lacrosse and want to fine-tune their skills and compete in local gameplay! Our professional, high-level coaches work directly with players through our carefully designed curriculum to challenge all skill levels. 

Players will participate in skill clinics and team practices twice a week for the first four weeks. In weeks five through eight, players will practice on Monday and compete in games on Wednesdays. Each session is designed to maximize success with short lines and lots of small-sided drills for fun and learning.

All players must have lacrosse equipment (stick, goggles, mouth guard). If you need assistance with equipment please get in touch with our director.
